Without a doubt the best experience that I have personally ever had seeing a cosmetic specialist. Dr. Courtney and her team have such an incredible bedside manner. Any anxiety I had before arriving at the office was put to rest as soon as I had the pleasure of meeting everyone. I look forward to my next appointment.

I felt heard. At 48yrs this was the first time I felt heard by a Doctor. I left knowing I found the best Doctor in Louisiana. I left knowing SHE will get me right again. Dr. Washington is amazing. Dr. Washington will listen and not rush you. Dr. Washington will refer you to the exact specialists if/when you should require one. Dr. Washington is the Captain (PCP) of my medical team (as I need a team)!! Dr. Washington even has amazing staff. Dr. Washington can never retire.

10/10! Dr Washington’s staff is amazing. They always go above and beyond. Ms Shirley is so welcoming, I just love them. One day I was feeling drained and I stopped by for the “Bounce Back Bag”. Natalie administered my IV and she did an amazing job! Definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Washington and her staff are exceptional in every way. As a woman or color, specifically a Black woman, I have never felt FULLY AND TRULY heard by any of my healthcare providers in adulthood. That is no longer true being in Dr. Washington’s care. No matter the issue, even the most trivial of things, she takes her time to answer every question and not only answer it, explain it scientifically and in laymen’s terms. She’s also HILARIOUS and has the warmest, most beautiful spirit. And I cannot NOT mention the superstar of the office, Ms. Shirley, who is the house manager and coordinator. So kind and helpful, you feel so welcomed from the time you enter until you exit. She follows up, returns calls, and ensures all your questions get answered and that you get what you need. If all doctor’s offices ran like this one, everyone would experience top notch quality care. There’s no doubt about it.
