⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Physician, Outstanding Results, and Truly Life-Saving Care I have been a patient of Dr. Courtney Washington for years, both as my primary care physician and for aesthetic treatments, and my experience in both areas has been exceptional. From an aesthetic standpoint, I underwent EMFACE, a noninvasive facial treatment, after experiencing significant weight fluctuations. I gained and lost more than 100 pounds within a year, so I was very pleased with the results, particularly the improved tone in my cheeks and the added definition to my face. However, what truly sets Dr. Washington apart is her knowledge, clinical judgment, and genuine commitment to her patients’ well-being. I have an extremely complex medical history, including a kidney and pancreas transplant, multiple heart attacks, a quadruple bypass (CABG), multiple coronary stent placements, pleural effusions, and a pulmonary embolism. Navigating these health challenges has been incredibly difficult, but Dr. Washington has consistently been in my corner, listening to my concerns, taking my symptoms seriously, and advocating for me when I needed it most. There have been multiple occasions when her clinical judgment and willingness to act decisively have made a life-saving difference. While I was on dialysis, I was experiencing severe fluid retention, but I felt my concerns were not being adequately addressed by my nephrologist. Dr. Washington listened to me, recognized the seriousness of my symptoms, and arranged for me to be evaluated in the emergency department. She subsequently cared for me as my hospitalist, and my condition became serious enough to require admission to the ICU. I was in congestive heart failure, carrying approximately 60 pounds of excess fluid, and my blood pressure had reached 220/180. The medical team was also concerned about the possibility of a brain hemorrhage. After years of disability and severely limited mobility, including relying on a wheelchair and being unable to walk any significant distance, I experienced a remarkable improvement following treatment. I was able to walk out of the ICU and to my car. That experience reinforced just how important it is to have a physician who listens, recognizes warning signs, and takes action when something is wrong. I genuinely believe Dr. Washington has saved my life on more than one occasion. Her ability to look at the whole picture, recognize potential problems, and advocate for appropriate care has meant more to me than I can adequately express. There are no words to adequately describe how grateful and indebted I am to Dr. Courtney Arianne Washington for helping me live a better, more confident life. After a lifetime of being afraid of food, and hiding in many ways due to body dysmorphia (a mental health condition in which a person is preoccupied with flaws in their appearance), after just two sessions, Dr. Washington explained to me the effect of food on my body. I now understand how much protein my body should have, and the impact of sugar, carbs, protein on my body. Now that I understand food more, I nourish my body consciously with lean protein, the right amount of carbs and plenty of water. I can’t recommend Dr. Washinton enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out to me most was how genuinely she listens. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that she truly cares about her patients. I really appreciate her whole-person approach to medicine. I recently did a 6 once a week sessions of Emsculpt Neo. I enjoyed my time at Fleur De Lis Aesthetics, Ms. Shirley made getting my treatments feel like a fun pleasant social hour with lots of laughs. The results of the treatment weren’t quite as dramatic as I was hoping but I definitely saw results and I’m glad I considered this as an alternative to surgery. I will definitely be back again for another treatment sometime.
