Neuromodulator Injections: What You Need to Know

The day of the neuromodulator procedure

After an in office consultation, neuromodulators are drawn up into a single use sterile syringe and injected into the muscles that cause the wrinkles. The procedure takes about 15-20 minutes. Most patients note that the procedure is tolerable. A topical numbing cream can be applied to the area prior to injection if you are sensitive to needles.

Neuromodulator Aftercare

After your neuromodulator procedure it is, do not message or lay on your face. This is important so that the toxin stays in the muscle it was injected into. You may see results immediately and within the next few hours.
