As summer winds down and the school year approaches, it’s important to ensure that your children are prepared both academically and health-wise. Here are some essential back-to-school medical tips to keep you and your kids safe and healthy throughout the year.

  • Preschoolers (3 to 5 years): 10 to 13 hours, may include a nap.
  • School-aged kids (6 to 12 years): 9 to 12 hours.
