Founder & CEO
Dr. Courtney Arianne Washington founded Fleur-De-Lis Aesthetics in 2022 to offer patient’s personalized aesthetic care centered on education and safety. New Orleans native Dr. Courtney Arianne Washington attended St. Mary’s Dominical High School and received a BS from Xavier University of Louisiana (2009). She completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (2017), then completed a Family Medicine residency at Medical City Fort Worth (2020).
As a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician, she specializes in preventative medicine and treating the whole person. She understands that our skin and appearance have a tremendous impact on how the world perceives us as well as how we perceive ourselves. Our skin is the largest organ in the body and not only provides protection but is an expression of who we are.
Dr. Washington is a busy mother of twin boys, and strives to empower women and men alike to create time to take care of themselves from the inside out. Dr. Washington enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and creating healthy Cajun recipes. She has published research articles in the Journal of Pediatric Blood & Cancer as well as the Archives of Biochemistry and Biophysics. She also enjoys spending time with her twin sons exploring the city, public speaking, community events, and sharing health tips and commentary on her YouTube channel as “Dr. NOLA Knows”.

Dr. Yasir Ahmed is a compassionate and highly skilled medical doctor who is deeply committed to the well-being of his patients. With a strong background in internal medicine and family medicine, he provides a comprehensive approach and ensures that his patients receive the highest quality care. Dr. Ahmed’s dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and his emphasis on patient education make him a trusted healthcare provider in his community. His warm and empathetic approach to patient care has earned him the respect and gratitude of patients and colleagues alike. Dr. Ahmed is adept at managing a wide range of medical conditions and collaborating effectively with a patient-centric approach to ensure his patients feel comfortable and informed during their medical journey. Dr. Ahmed is accepting new patients for concierge medicine and telehealth visits.
Dr. Ahmed’s Hobbies are collecting art, hiking, and watching football. He is originally from Pakistan. Dr. Ahmed is excited to help patients achieve thier health and weight loss goals.

Natalie "Mrs. Stixx" Coleman-Scott
IV Technician
Mrs. Natalie Coleman-Scott better known as “Mrs. Stixx” is our certified IV technician and phlebotomist. With over 15 years of experience, she is known as the “one stick wonder”. She is originally from New Orleans Louisiana. Natalie’s hobbies include cooking, dancing, music, and spending time with her 6 children. She preforms in-office and mobile IV therapy and phlebotomy company “Nola Lab Express”. Natalie is an essential member of Fleur-De-Lis Aesthetics providing services to help feel your best.
